01

You don't need a perfect business idea.

02

You don't need a huge following.

03

You don't need to quit your job.

What you do need is a willingness to start.

What's inside

An exit isn't one leap. It's ninety small ones.

Most people never build an exit plan because nobody ever showed them the order to do it in. This is the order.

Days 01 โ€” 30

Foundation

Decide what you're actually building, and for whom.

  • Define your freedom vision

Name what you'd do with the time before you chase the money.

  • Calculate your freedom number

Expenses, debt, savings, target. Know the number you're aiming at.

  • Choose one income vehicle

Affiliate, digital products, freelancing, coaching, content. Pick one.

  • Build your simple brand

One profile, one bio, one sentence about who you help.

Days 31 โ€” 60

Momentum

Get in front of people and give them a reason to stay.

  • Find a problem you can solve

List ten things your audience is stuck on. People pay for solutions.

  • Create content consistently

What you learned, what you wish you knew, what to avoid.

  • Build your email list

One lead magnet, one landing page, one welcome sequence.

Days 61 โ€” 90

Income

Make the first offer, then make it repeatable.

  • Make your first offer

Affiliate product, digital product, coaching or a service. One.

  • Build a weekly freedom system

Learn, create, publish, grow, review โ€” five short blocks a week.

  • Set your exit milestones

Track income, savings, growth and your emergency fund.

Who's behind this

I learned the value of time by spending it on everyone else.

For years I worked as a nurse, giving long hours to caring for other people. I was grateful for the career. I also couldn't shake the feeling that I wanted more control over my own time.

Healthcare taught me the lesson underneath all of this: time is the asset you can't earn back. That's what pushed me to look for income outside my job โ€” not as a shortcut to wealth, but for options, flexibility, and room to breathe.

I'm still working full-time as a nurse while I build. Still learning, still taking one step at a time. I wrote this guide with the pieces I wish someone had handed me on day one.

It's about building choices into it.

  • The three phases, laid out day by day
